We do have heavy equipment and just the addition of one or two additional volunteers at course change time makes all the difference in the world! We provide water and snacks for workers. If you have questions regarding ‘Trial Jobs’ a detailed description of each job is located at the following web site: http://inthezoneagility.homestead.com/jobs.html. There also is a blank worker form there. PLEASE FILL OUT THE WORKERS FORM. I would like to create a workers schedule before the trial. THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!

ENTRY CHANGES: Please read over your confirmations carefully. We all make errors and we will certainily make corrections as long as we are notified prior to the Monday before the trial as that is when scribe sheets and running orders are printed. Accepted entries may be changed up until the Monday before the trial. Email trial change requests to Lisa Bonker at lmsphd@yahoo.com Any changes made after the Entry Change date will cost $5.00 per change regardless of who is at fault so please check your confirmation carefully! Sunday move-ups do not constitute an entry change and will be happily accommodated!

You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. If you have an inquiry about your scores, remember that you must write the trial secretary and the trial secretary must contact NADAC with any changes to the trial results as submitted to NADAC.
NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies in the records we send them at the end of the trial. Instead, they post the trial results to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail. Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.
Levels: Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will no longer be banked by NADAC for future use. As of June 1st, 2006 if a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records
