Lisa has won the NADAC championships the last 5 years in a row with 3 different dogs !!
Lisa’s seven dogs; four Border Collies, an Aussie, a Brittany, and a Lab, have earned over 50 NADAC Champion Titles. At the yearly NADAC Championships, her dogs have placed in the overall top three forteen times with five of them being 1st Places. All of her dogs are consistently in the NADAC Top 10 with Jet being the Highest Scoring Skilled Dog in 2007 and Moxie the Highest Scoring Skilled Dog in 2008. Moxie and Expedite have also earned six NADAC Platinum Speed Star Awards.
Training Philosophy and Seminar Focus: Lisa‘s training philosophy is simple; be crisp, clear, and consistent. During the seminar, she will work with each participant to define your individual performance criteria and then will help you ‘stick with it’.
The Seminar will focus on several aspects including: creating a relationship between you and your dog; building strong foundation skills; understanding the importance of being crisp, clear, and consistent with your handling; independent obstacle performance; and working away from your dog.
