TRIAL STATUS: Confirmations have been sent. If you did not receive one, please email at lmsphd@gmail.com We have LOTS of room in the trial.
Thank you for entering the ITZ August28 29 30 trial in West Friendship MD.
Please check over your confirmation carefully. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE TRIAL. In addition to checking your classes, levels and jump height and all other information,
Please check your dog’s NADAC registration number. NADAC uses your dogs registration number to track points, so it is imperative that the correct number is listed on your confirmation, the results posted at the trial and the results
sent to you after the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately.
I will make changes until Monday before the trial. After that, no changes will be made.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN ENTERING TRIALS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE TRIAL SECRETARY HAS ALL THE INFORMATION CORRECT PRIOR TO THE TRIAL. We are all human and make mistakes, but mistakes must be corrected BEFORE
THE TRIAL. DO NOT COME TO THE TRIAL AND ASK/EXPECT ME TO CHANGE THINGS. I will gladly make changes up until the Monday before the trial. Once moveups are in, I can print and things are FINAL.
NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies in the records we send them at the end of the trial.
Instead, they post the trial results to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us.
The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days.
Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points,
as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”.
You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail.
Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.
We have lots of room in the trial. We will be accepting day of show entries for $15 a run.
SETUP/START TIME: Friday: We may be setting up Friday afternoon at 1:00 PM and running shortly thereafter. More information will be posted to website as the trial date approaches.
Saturday, & Sunday: Check-in and Walk Through begins at 6:30 AM. The morning General Briefing will be at 7:00 AM with the first dog on the line shortly thereafter.
Please do not arrive at the trial site before 6:00 AM.
Just a few notes--
It is expected that you will attend the Club and Judges briefings or make sure that you are totally aware, and have a clear understanding of what was discussed at those briefings.
NEW LEASH POLICY: Due to insurance issues, NADAC has implemented a strict leash policy. When entering the ring, you must keep your leash on until the judge says "GOOD LUCK". You then may take off your leash
and proceed to start your run. THe judge will not say "GOOD LUCK" until the dog on course is on leash. What this means is that we need you to get your leash on as quickly as possible so the next dog can start.
Please pick up after your dog.
Do not leave your dog on a sitstay or tied to anything while you are walking to course.
If you see something that needs fixing, or something you think is unsafe or anything that truly bothers you, please let me know.
I want to know if things bother exhibitors. I want to put on the best efficient trial that I can so please let me know if there are
any issues I need to be aware of. THANKS !!
Proficient dogs jumping 20" and Skilled dogs do not have to be measured.
PARKING: You can park close to the ring.
Indoor bathrooms.
No food or water.
WORKERS: I need everyone to work a few classes a day. Please dont worry about working classes with your friends/childs dog is in. If that is the case, feel free to move out of the ring for that dog.
I will have snacks/water for workers. I will have a worker board at the trial so please sign up ! THANKS !!!
