TRIAL STATUS:    TRIAL IS FULL.  We will not be accepting Day of Show Entries

Hi All
I just wanted to send a bit more information to you.

While I posted a TENTATIVE running order,  the order of classes may change.  I intend on starting with Novice
Weavers, but the tunnels may be frozen or something and we have to start with Jumpers.   Ya just never know.
NADAC graciously allows judges/clubs to change the running order if necessary. WHile I do not foresee any
changes, it may happen especially with weather.   So to answer many of your questions,  everyone should be
at the trial by 7:30 AM each morning.  We will begin running dogs as soon as we are setup on Saturday.
On sunday, we will start running dogs around 7:30AM.     I just want to be clear on this as I dont want anyone
showing up late and missing their runs.     I want everyone to come out and have a great time running with their dogs :)

We will try to park those that are working out of their cars closest to the arena. I cannot save
spaces for those that told me they are working out of their cars and arrive late.    Please do not arrive before 6:30 each morning.

Right now the forecast for Saturday is snow :(   So lets send postive thoughts that the weather holds up til after the weekend !!

The ITZ of IL April 11 12 13 trial in Manhattan IL is open now. The premium can be found at http://www.inthezoneagility.com/aprilil.html
This trial is outdoors at my moms. It is very laid back and fun trial :)

We will accept day of show entries during checkin from 7:30-8 on Saturday and from 7-7:30 on Sunday.
Day of show entries are $15 a  class (no package deal).  Thank you for entering the ITZ of IL trial in Plainfield next weekend.

Please check over your entries.  I will make changes until Wednesday March 12th.
After that, no changes will be made.

We will setup at 7AM on Saturday. We  cannot get into the building on Friday as they have horse back riding lessons.
We will begin the trial as soon as we are good to go :)  Please do not arrive before 6:30.  We cant park anyone til
I get there with the trailer. The more people we have setting up the quicker the trial will begin. THANKS !!!!

Sunday 1st dog on the line at 7:30

Please email me at lmsphd@gmail.com ( or just respond to this email) if you plan to work out of your car so we can park
you close to the arena.  If you are crating in the building, you may need to park a bit farther away, but can drop
off your stuff by the door and go park.  Please note that you cannot park in front of any gates as they will be turning
out horses.  If you have emailed me already about parking, please do so again..just to make sure :)

No food so please bring your own.

I will have a poster board for workers to sign up at the trial.   Dwayne  will not be at this trial so please
help! We cannot run a trial without volunteers. We really appreciate your help.  We will have snacks water for workers.

PARKING:  Parking will be tight for this trial.  Robin Carberry will be there to help with parking. If you plan on working out of your car, you can park closer to the barn. If you plan on crating in the building, then you can drop off your stuff and park farther away.  Please email and let me know if you are planning on working out of your car so I have an idea of how many people plan to do this.

CRATING:  Crating also will be somewhat tight for this trial.   This also includes a small room and room for our equipment.

WORKERS:  Please volunteer to work and fill out the enclosed worker form. We truly appreciate all the help we get at trials as we could not put on trials without the help of volunteers. If you have questions regarding ‘Trial Jobs’ a detailed description of each job is located at the following web site: http://inthezoneagility.homestead.com/jobs.html.   There also is a blank worker form there.  PLEASE FILL OUT THE WORKERS FORM. Many people forget to add this information and I usually end up guessing at a height. NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies in the records we send them at the end of the trial. Instead, they post the trial results to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail. Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.

Levels: Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will no longer be banked by NADAC for future use. As of June 1st, 2006 if a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records
