CONFIRMATIONS HAVE BEEN SENT. If you entered but did not get a confirmation please email me at lmsphd@gmail.com

hank you for entering the ITZ March  20 21 trial in Plainfield IL.

Please check over your confirmation carefully.    NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE TRIAL.   In addition to checking your classes, levels and jump height and all other information,
Please check your dog’s NADAC registration number. NADAC uses your dogs registration number to track points, so it is imperative that the correct number is listed on your confirmation, the results posted at the trial and the results
sent to you after the trial.  You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately.
I will make changes until Monday before the trial. After that, no changes will be made.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN ENTERING TRIALS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE TRIAL SECRETARY HAS ALL THE INFORMATION CORRECT PRIOR TO THE TRIAL.   We are all human and make mistakes, but mistakes must be
corrected BEFORE THE TRIAL. DO NOT COME TO THE TRIAL AND ASK/EXPECT ME TO CHANGE THINGS.  I will gladly make changes up until the Wednesday before the trial.  Once moveups are  in, I can print and things are FINAL.

I will not check email or my phone messages after March 17th.

NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies in the records we send them at the end of the trial. Instead, they post the trial results to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us.
The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days.
Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any)
without receiving list mail. Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.

Just a few notes--

It is expected that you will attend the Club and Judges briefings or make sure that you are totally aware, and have a clear understanding of what was discussed at those briefings.

LEASH POLICY:   Due to insurance issues, NADAC has implemented a strict leash policy.   When entering the ring, you must keep your leash on until the judge says "GOOD LUCK".   You then may take off your leash
and proceed to start your run.   THe judge will not say "GOOD LUCK" until the dog on course is on leash.  What this means is that we need you to get your leash on as quickly as possible so the next dog can start.

Please stay away from the barns and horses.
Please pick up after your dog

Do not leave your dog on a sitstay or tied to anything while you are walking to course

Proficient dogs jumping 20" and Skilled dogs do not have to be measured

No food or water so please bring your own

DO NOT LET YOUR DOG PEE ON EQUIPMENT, TRAILER, VEHICLES, GARBAGE BAGS, BUILDINGS ETC !!

WORKERS:  I need everyone to work a few classes a day.  Please dont worry about working classes with your friends/childs dog is in. If that is the case, feel free to move out of the ring for that dog.
I will have snacks/water for workers.  I will have a worker board at the trial so please sign up !  THANKS !!!

SITE INFORMATION Barn is an indoor heated arena with indoor bathrooms. While there is heat, it is a horse barn so please dress accordingly. The running surface is sand dirt mix.
No Smoking on the premises.

PARKING: Parking will be tight for this trial. If you plan on working out of your car, you can park closer to the barn. If you plan on crating in the building, then you can drop off your stuff and park farther away. Please email and let me know if you are planning on working out of your car so I have an idea of how many people plan to do this. Please note that no one can park in front of the corral gates as they will be taking horses in and out of the corrals throughout the day.

TENTATIVE SETUP/START TIME: Because there are riding lessons Friday evening, we cannot setup until Saturday AM. We will start setting up at 7:30AM and start the trial as soon as the equipment is
unloaded and the course is set.   The more than come and help setup, the quicker we can start. Sunday we will start running at 7:30.   Please do not arrive before 7:00 each day.
